Shipping Info

For shipping in the United States:
All packages are shipped registered mail with insurance.
Shipping cost is $30 on all orders.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping.

For shipping outside of the United States:
House of Lavande currenly only ships to the following countries:
Canada, France, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom.
Residents in other countries please contact House of Lavande to inquire: info@houseoflavande.com
Shipping cost is $35 for orders shipping to Canada.
Shipping cost is $75 for all other international orders.
Please allow 14 to 20 days for shipping.

Return Policy

If a customer should for any reason wish to return any regular purchase, we will provide a refund (minus the cost of original shipping from Florida) provided that the customer:

1) informs House of Lavande by email, within 3 days of receiving it, of their decision to return the piece

2) ships the item back to us in its original condition at their own cost, with the original purchase tag attached. Returns without the original purchase tag will not be accepted. (Important – DO NOT ship back to us before receiving authorization and instructions)

At the customer’s choice, House of Lavande will then provide either:

1) a dollar refund minus a re-stocking fee of 20% of the price paid or

2) a site credit for the full amount paid to be used towards the purchase of another piece from the House of Lavande site of equal or greater value
